Uttam Kumar Pal

He is pursuing his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering focusing on Construction Management at the University of Wyoming, USA, and working with a dynamic research group led by Prof. Dr. Charlie Zhang in the Construction Innovation & Research Lab. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Tribhuvan University, IOE Pulchowk Campus, Nepal. He also has experience in working with the government as well as private sector contractors in the field of building construction and highway/pavement engineering. He is actively involved in researching safe, efficient, economical, and sustainable construction techniques and methodologies. His focus encompasses various safety perspectives in construction projects, including worker and workplace safety, environmental safety, and public or societal safety
