Matthew Henderson

Mr. Henderson was selected to support the safety team at Milwaukee Tool earlier in 2024 to be responsible for managing the performance of teams under the general contractor vertical. Mr. Henderson brings 14 years of experience in the construction trades from working as a IBEW electrician in the field to being a sales consultant for Stanley Black and Decker and Milwaukee Tool. Mr. Henderson has created a reputation of being obsessed and being an empowered leader, both of which qualities exemplify the company’s culture.

Mr. Henderson has helped multiple companies improve their safety efforts through increased engagement in incident prevention and supporting of positive safety culture. This has been shown through continued communication and efforts within his local market. Mr. Henderson is a graduate of Columbia College and is an active member in the local chapters of ABC, MCA, and NEC
