Allen Vinyard

Allen Vinyard is the Director of the Industrial Safety and Health program within the Kansas Department of Labor. Allen is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Safety Management. In his 30-year career, he has worked with the Kansas Department of Labor as a Safety Consultant, was the Director of Safety for the Kansas Department of Transportation, as well as time spent working for a private construction company. He is a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. Allen obtained his ASP in 2018 and his CSP in 2020.
