Biography —

Dr. Raheem joined the department of Civil Engineering at University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) in 2014. She received her PhD in Construction Management from the University of Florida (UF). She holds multiple master’s degrees in Building Construction, Environmental Engineering and Civil Engineering from UF.
